It's depicted as a 9 course menu but three are canapés, some bread and butter and petit fours. All the food is well presented and the staff are excellent but with the venison being a stand out dish ,the rest is nothing of note. It was fun to do as have experienced a lot of tasting menus but would I recommend, regretfully probably not. £££

My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary, tried out the tasting menu, it was amazing! I enjoyed every dish even the cheese course as I am not a cheese board fan. Staff are all very friendly, views at Six are amazing! Would highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend Six more highly! Every dish we tried was not only delicious but beautifully presented! The vegan options were especially impressive: creative, varied, and absolutely bursting with flavour. It’s rare to find a menu where plant-based dishes are this exciting! What truly sets Six apart, though, is the service. It was, without a doubt, some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I visited for my graduation lunch, and the team went above and beyond to make it special, with a complimentary glass of champagne (and an alcohol-free version too!). Our server, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was exceptional: warm, attentive, and thoughtful to the very end, even calling the elevator for us as we left. The location is the cherry on top - stunning views and a wonderful atmosphere. If you’re considering a visit, don’t hesitate. Book a table at Six as soon as you can. It’s an experience you won’t forget!

We went for the set menu one evening and managed to get a great seat near the window, fantastic views of the Newcastle skyline. Expectations were admittedly high but it delivered, lovely bottle of wine paired with a fantastic 3 course meal. Service was great and atmosphere was lovely. I like that you can see the kitchen and the food being prepared. One for a special occasion as not cheap but we will definitely go again!

Delicious food, fantastic views, perfect service and great atmosphere. We enjoyed every part of our meal, the food tasted sublime and it was obvious to us that the ingredients were high quality. We attended during their August special, so it’s difficult for us to speak on price but we would have paid double what we did pay. Service was attentive, not invasive and very helpful. Wine selection was good, and well priced too. We will definitely be back, thank you!
